Delivery

We offer free delivery to all mainland UK addresses when you spend over £200. For orders under £200, the delivery cost is £4.95 for stock items such as cushions and £6.95* for fabrics, made to measure or cut items. All orders will require a signature on delivery.

We currently only offer delivery to the UK. If you are interested in buying from us and live outside of the UK, please contact our customer care team by emailing customercare@ewbyedinburghweavers.com or calling 01204 900802. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

In stock items
If something is in stock and ready to ship we will be able to pick it and send it to a UK Mainland address within 2-3 working days.

Available to order items
Sometimes our products will be marked as available to order, in which case our usual turnaround time is 10-14 days.

Out of stock items
If a product is marked as out of stock that means we are currently producing more fabric. Please contact us if you want to be notified when it will be available again.

When your item has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing your unique tracking link.

Should you wish to amend your order in any way, this can be done so long as the order has not gone into production i.e work has not started on your goods.

Any such amendment should be notified to us as soon as possible by emailing customercare@ewbyedinburghweavers.com or calling 01204 900802 with details of the changes. Should the order already have entered into production, we cannot change any aspects of the order.

Please be aware, any amendment to your order will not show on your email confirmation or your delivery note when you receive your goods.
